Mind Spa Welfare Society Brings Joy Through Christmas Celebrations

Mind Spa Welfare Society, dedicated to promoting awareness, psycho-education, and holistic recovery for persons with mental illness (PMI), organised a special Christmas celebration to spread joy and rekindle the spirit of togetherness among patients and their families.

For many families touched by mental health challenges, celebrations often fade away under the weight of struggle and stigma. Mind Spa Welfare Society believes that festivities play a vital role in healing by creating space for connection, laughter, and shared happiness.

The event brought together patients, caregivers, and children in a warm and inclusive environment. Lively indoor games such as musical chairs, passing the parcel, and dumb charades filled the day with cheer. The smiles, laughter, and bonding moments witnessed reflected the Society’s ethos that recovery is not limited to treatment alone but is deeply enriched by experiences of joy and belonging.

Speaking on the occasion, Namrata Gupta, President of Mind Spa Welfare Society, said, “These moments are not just about celebration, but about restoring dignity, happiness, and emotional connection in the lives of our patients and their families.”

The Christmas celebration stood as a reminder that small moments of togetherness can become sublime milestones in the journey of healing.
