Mind Spa Welfare Society conducted a workshop on Emotional Regulation at Government Girls School, Putligarh.

The session helped students understand how the brain functions during emotional experiences and how the human mind operates through nearly 250 chemical messengers that influence our moods, thoughts, and reactions. Students were introduced to the art of recognizing their emotions, identifying the signals their brain sends during stress, and learning simple techniques to regulate these responses.

The workshop emphasized that while our brain releases chemicals automatically, we can train our mind through awareness, reflection, and consistent practice. By understanding emotions instead of resisting them, students can build clarity, resilience, and mental peace.

The session was facilitated by Namrata Gupta (President) and Aman (Secretary) of Mind Spa Welfare Society. The response from students was extremely positive, and the school authorities have requested a repeat workshop for both children and teachers.
