Bante-Bigarte Rishte: Make-up and Break-up

Mindspa Welfare Society organised an insightful awareness workshop, “Bante-Bigarte Rishte: Make-up and Break-up,” on 22nd October 2026 at Hindu Sabha Senior Secondary School, Amritsar. The session explored the changing dynamics of relationships and emphasised emotional awareness, empathy, healthy boundaries, and effective communication. The speakers encouraged young people to replace blame with understanding and build stronger, healthier connections at home and in society. Because meaningful relationships grow through respect, acceptance, and the willingness to grow together. 💚
